Adult and Family Group Summary
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favour of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. (Acts 2: 42-47)
Within the fellowship of the Manchester church there are a variety of adult and family groups that meet across the city for Bible discussion and for community engagement. The groups aim to cater to the needs of all peoples desiring for further connection during the week and to further imitate the hearts of the early disciples in Acts who met together on a regular basis. The meetings take on place across different parts of the city of Manchester and Greater Manchester at varying times depending on the group.
During the lockdown currently being experienced in England much of the church calendar has had to move online including the church adult and family groups. If you would like to find out more about what is going on near you or to learn more about engaging in one of these groups please contact nick.ghalustians@iccmissions.org for more details!
